National Parts Centre

To streamline the flow of spare parts and adequately meet the varying demands of the market, we have set up a Centralized Parts Centre in Mumbai with internet access to all our offices across the country. All the spare part required for different models are stocked at this centre.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

Air conditioning and refrigeration systems, like all mechanical equipment are subject to wear and tear. They lose efficiency and consume more power over time, unless you monitor and maintain them regularly. Studies reveal that with regular tune-ups, a system will deliver close to original efficiency which helps reduce running and repair costs. What's more you also save a lot of power. It is our endeavor and commitment to maintain your air conditioning system at its optimal efficiency and ensure high uptime of your equipment.

• Risk Protection Contract:

  This comprehensive contract includes all labour, spares and consumables, it covers routine preventive maintenance and attending to break downs.

  
  

• Labour Maintenance Contract:

  This contract includes labour for only routine preventive maintenance and attending break downs. The spares and consumables are separately charged for.
  

  
  

• Operating Contracts:

  This is a pure labour contract. The operators are stationed for single, double, round the clock or 365 days shift, depending on your needs. They regularly monitor the operating status.
